Q. Why purchase from Wired NZ Limited?

A. Wired Has been in business full time for the last 6 years, we have collectively 60 years experience across our 6 staff in the Data Communications , Electrical , Security and Multimedia industry.

Wired is the only company in New Zealand able to supply fully compliant and tested Cat 6 and Cat 6 A leads. Our experience in termination techniques is recognized in New Zealand, Australia and of recent in the USA and Singapore.

Wired is a Level One and Mircronet Gold partner, this secures good relationships throughout our base and allows Wired to supply a Quality Network Solution to its client base.
Most of our products are exclusive to Wired Limited, so our range is orginal and customer and technology driven as to what products we stock and distribute.

 

Q. Who can purchase from Wired NZ Limited?

A. Anybody can. we deal primarily with resellers / dealers , also Education and all other market sectors that require our products and services. we don't have restrictions on who can purchase from us at our advertised prices.

Q. Can I get an order shipped to a country other than New Zealand?

A. Yes, we use TNT worldwide services and we can offer over night services / delivery into Australia Sydney and Melbourne providing the order is placed by Midday on any working day.

Pricing


Q. Are your prices inclusive or exclusive of New Zealand GST?

A. All prices listed on our web site are exclusive of GST. GST will be automatically calculated and added to your order total at the checkout stage.

NOTE: in some cases from time to time prices may vary if we have run out of stock and we have to purchase from anyother vendor , this would be advised at time of confirmation order prior to payment.

Stock


Q. Can I back-order a product if no stock is available?

A. We do not back-order products, if, you will be notified as soon as stock is available. Once you receive the notification you can login and place your order.

Q. How accurate are your stock levels displayed on your web site?

A. Stock levels are update regularly ,We strive for 100% accuracy in stock levels.

Payment


Q. How can I pay for product(s) I wish to purchase?

A. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners. You may also choose to pay by Bank Deposit., (Direct credit , information is on our GST Invoices)

Q. When will my credit card be charged?

A. Your credit card will be charged at the end of the order process. You will receive a confirmation and tax invoice from us via email shortly after the transaction has been completed.
*If a product is indent you will be requested to pay prior for goods, an eta will provided prior to payment in this case.

Delivery


Q. When will my order arrive?

A. All* orders received before 3.00 pm Monday - Friday (excluding Public Holidays) will be dispatched the same day (or advised otherwise of eta) via Poste Haste couriers Required' overnight courier service. Urban deliveries are generally before midday the next day but rural deliveries may take a little longer depending on abode.

*Cable rolls and very large orders are dispatched via Peter Baker, a  two day delivery service is offered.

Q. What happens if there is nobody to sign for the delivery?

A. If the courier cannot obtain a signature at a delivery address, a calling card will be left requesting that the Poste Haste office be contacted to arrange a suitable delivery time.

 

Q. What about warranties?

A. Wired Limited offers the same warranties of our suppliers, these do vary from 6 months to 3 years depending on the type of product purchased.
