Wired is a dedicated custom cable assembly manufacturer.

We supply cables for networking and a range of other high-tech industries. We feature in-house engineering, quick design services, as well as prototyping - all services that are critical during any product development project.

Our facility features state-of-the-art tooling and equipment that enables us to design and fabricate custom cable assemblies and wire harnesses of all types and standards. We’re fast and dependable and have quality systems in place at our production facility.

Wired  produces and manufactures CAT 6 Compliant leads, these leads have tested pass with the Fluke DTX-1800 + PCU head, Wired is the only company in New Zealand producing these New Zealand made leads in specific colours and lengths with unique label ID at both ends of the cable for administration purposes .

Wired Limited will be manufacturing 10G compliant leads in the near future in both shielded twisted pair and unshielded twisted pair. These leads will be generic and be able to be used in any cable system link.

We manufacture small production runs and large for local and offshore projects.
